I had to work all day today from 8am to 6.30pm so I didnt have much chance to do anything today. I waited until I got home and then went into the garage for 20 mins and did a bit on the spin bike whilst my girlfriend did her weight training. I felt OK on the bike today so hopefully I can start increasing the intensity and get back on track with the programme from Monday.
I weighed myself this morning and I was 12stone 12 lbs which is about 6lbs down from the last time I weighed a week or so ago. I expected to lose some weight as I have not been eating properly since I got ill. My appetite isn’t quite what it was but as soon as I start training again I’m sure it will go through the roof as it usually does.
